A graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in industrial engineering and a Certified Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Instructor through the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance in Tokyo, Holloman brings outstanding expertise in project management, continuous improvement processes, systems engineering, manufacturing and operations, plant technologies, business simulations, packaging engineering and so much more.

Recently appointed to the University of Minnesota Foundation as managing director of the University of Minnesota Foundation Real Estate Advisors (UMFREA), Mascia brings extensive experience in real estate law, project development, and commercial real estate. Decidedly knowledgeable in leading public-private development projects, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton School of Law and has been in practice with highly respected local firms.
