A panel of university and company representatives will explain and discuss how small businesses may benefit from working with universities. The panel will focus on R&D collaborations and license transactions to acquire technologies from universities. Tony Strauss will moderate. Tony has 24 years experience in research administration and technology transfer at the University of Minnesota and 11 years in legal practice concerning R&D agreements, licensing, and other technology and intellectual property transactions.
