About this Event
The Bakken Medical Devices Center is located in the Mayo Building on the East Bank campus of the University of Minnesota. The Bakken MDC aims to strengthen interdisciplinary research among faculty in the health sciences and engineering specifically related to medical devices. They also work on designing and prototyping medical devices, with 3D printing capability and support from the College of Design.
Art Erdman and Greg Peterson will be joining us at UEL on Tuesday, November 5 to share more about the Bakken MDC, their partnerships with entrepreneurs, and the opportunities to collaborate with the University of Minnesota.
Art Erdman, PhD is a long-time University of Minnesota mechanical engineering professor and director of the Bakken MDC. Greg Peterson is a medical devices and healthcare services business development professional who works with early stage technology development and product ideation.
