December 2020 — Radwave Technologies Inc. Awarded Phase I SBIR grant from the National Science Foundation
Receives a National Science Foundation (NSF) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I grant. This sizable grant will enable the company to accelerate the development of their next-generation electromagnetic tracking system for surgical navigation, which features:
* Scalable tracking volume (as large as the patient’s entire body)
* Compatibility with intraoperative fluoro & CT-scan
* Real-time detection and correction of interference (no more inaccuracies in the presence of fluoro or robotic arms).
