Denise Holloman is Principal & Chief Advisor at DAH Operations Advisors. She retired in 2015 from her position at General Mills as VP of Project Management Office and Global Continuous Improvement. Prior to this Holloman had been VP of Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, responsible for System Engineering, Maintenance/Reliability, Technical Training, Business Simulation, and Continuous Improvement. Holloman joined General Mills in 1996 as the Plant Technical Manager for the Cedar Rapids Manufacturing Operation and in 1998 was promoted to Senior Plant Technical Manager there. In 1999 she was promoted to Director, Packaging Engineering and Materials Handling and transferred to Minneapolis. She continued in that expanded role with the Pillsbury acquisition and subsequent integration. In 2003, she was named Director, Manufacturing Engineering and Capital Efficiency. Prior to joining General Mills, Holloman spent 12 years with Procter and Gamble in various operations management, maintenance, project management and engineering roles. She is a 1983 graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in industrial engineering. Denise is also a Certified Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Instructor through the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance in Tokyo. She and husband L. Maurice Holloman live in Shorewood, MN and have two adult children (Christopher and Shannon).
