UEL is a state of the art office-laboratory facility that enables entrepreneurial life science based companies to develop their technology while growing their businesses.

The UEL facility features high-end wet lab space, which are located in a secure corridor and surround the main atrium.  Labs range in size from 800-1,200 rentable square feet and are furnished with laboratory grade cabinets and countertops, flammable material storage cabinets, six-foot fume hoods and sinks.

UEL’s shared Lab space provides tenants with access to UEL owned and maintained shared scientific equipment including autoclaves, centrifuges, glass washing equipment, -80 freezer space and more.
