The topic is media relations – and specifically, how to engage the right media outlets and contacts that reach your desired audiences to share your company’s story.

Shelli Lissick  – Partner  

Shelli honed her public relations expertise with 21 years of agency, corporate, small business, university and consulting experience. Skilled as a project manager, writer and media relations pro, she has developed a wide range of results-driven public relations campaigns for med-tech, med-device and technology clients including Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., IMRIS, Inspire Medical Systems, MicroCare Medical, NxThera, Verde Technologies, Solvay Dental 360™, PeopleNet, Minnesota High Tech Association, Reeher, Arcserve, ID Insight and more. With a specialty in and passion for media relations, Shelli has built relationships with and placed thousands of stories in national, regional, specialized med-tech trade, Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota media outlets, from TV and radio shows to newspapers, magazines, websites and blogs, including the Star Tribune, Prioneer Press, Minneapolis/St.Paul Business Journal, Minnesota Business and more.

Hyedi Nelson- Account Supervisor 

Hyedi has more than eight years of experience in media relations, content creation and management, social media, marketing and project management. She enjoys finding the most effective way to tell her clients’ stories through both traditional and digital channels to the right audiences. Hyedi leads the Bellmont Partners health and wellness practice, working with current and former clients like MicroCare Medical, Inspire Medical Systems, IMRIS and NxThera. She also leads the PR efforts for Solvay Dental 360™, recently leading the global product and business line launch at an international trade show in Cologne, Germany. Hyedi holds a bachelor of arts degree in mass communication and a master of arts degree in health communication from the University of Minnesota. In 2017, Hyedi was an Ad Fed Minnesota’s 32 Under 32 winner, selected from more than 100 nominees in the organization’s annual recognition of the best young talent in marketing, advertising and public relations.

Johanna Holub- Senior Account Executive 
Formerly a community newspaper editor in Minnesota, Johanna spent several years in her early career covering local news. Today, she puts her experience to work for Bellmont Partners clients, specializing in research, content development, social media management and media relations for B2B and B2C organizations in a variety of industries, including transportation, health and med tech. A talented writer, Johanna works with numerous Minnesota organizations to develop, write and deliver compelling content across multiple platforms. She is an alumna of the College of St. Benedict and has worked at public relations agencies in Seattle where she worked with clients in the hospitality, legal and health care space. Some of her current clients include NxThera, Solvay Dental 360™ and PeopleNet.
