Entrepreneurship is not straight forward and introduction of new innovations to the marketplace is complicated and risky. Often, millions are invested with the hope that results are realized.
How can the use of project management principles reduce the risk of a venture? “Entrepreneurship” and “Project Management” mimic each other very closely. This session will review some key project management tools and discuss how they can impact innovation commercialization.
