Sarah is responsible for developing this subsidiary of the University of Minnesota Foundation to focus on strategic oversight of Foundation-owned real estate assets, the solicitation and analysis of real estate gifts, and real estate investments and partnerships to support the mission of the University. She has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory services, which included launching and running the Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District as well as numerous efforts on behalf of clients including Allina Hospitals & Clinics, the Walker Art Center, the Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission, and The Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota. Her past and present service on cultural, community and professional boards and committees includes the Minneapolis Parks Foundation Board, Ordway Center Board, the Minneapolis Club Board, the Downtown 2025 Steering Committee, the Urban Land Institute Minnesota, and the Federal Reserve Board of Minneapolis’ Small Business Advisory Committee.
