Susan Paquette is President of SZP Consulting, a practice she launched in 2009 to advance the potential for new growth opportunities by providing consulting services in the areas of comprehensive Business Plan development and execution, Strategic Business Development, and Global R&D innovation and operational excellence. Prior to founding SZP, she worked in multiple industries, from nascent companies to Fortune 100 companies, in a variety of leadership roles including business development, R&D, marketing, international and manufacturing support. Susan has been serving on the UEL board since 2005.
