Paul R. Knapp, Sr. is President and CEO of Space Center Ventures, a Twin Cities-based venture fund investing in emerging high tech and med tech companies. He is a former President of the Minnesota Venture Capital Association. Paul has served on the boards of 20 emerging private and public companies and several nonprofit organizations and is a past Chairman of University Enterprise Laboratories. He currently serves as Director and Investment Committee Member of the Catholic Community Foundation of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, Director of Venture Bank, and Director of several emerging private companies. Paul is a 1982 graduate of The College of St. Thomas and a 1985 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. Paul has been serving on the UEL board since 2009.
